*The notification will be made by the ART FAIR TOKYO Committee Executive Office to all the applicants. Please refrain from making individual inquires about the result.

The application deadline is June 30, 2010 (your application must arrive at the office by this date). Please download the application package from the link below, fill out and post the forms, enclosing supportive materials as requested, to the ART FAIR TOKYO Committee Executive Office. Please be noted that we do not accept applications made by telephone or E-mail. Please contact the office should you find any further questions.
Also please be advised that your entry qualifications will be decided after the screening process conducted by the Art Committee.
