The prize was given to Hiroki Tsukuda from NANAZUKA UNDEGROUND, a gallery which has recently moved into the Gallery Complex Building (Sirokane Art Complex) in Shirogane. Hiroki was borned in Kagawa, Takamatsu-shi and graduated the Department of Imaging arts & Sciences at Musashino Art University. His unique creation of art bases on the combination of drawings and objects.
The winner received a prize statue of Bacon (made by Shotaro Kusakari), named after Tokyo's art world mascot, Francis Bacon, a dairy kosher, Hungarian born Irish Wolfhound and the prize money of 126,000yen all donated by the attendees at the party.
